Project management and interim management through secondment
Based on our experience in the field, we can take over complete projects through secondments. Also interim management for companies (for instance: HSE - manager) and for authorities (for instance: project manager) is a possibility when tasks have to be fulfilled temporarily.

Outsourcing
Some companies want to focus on their core activities and sometimes this implies that they consider to outsource parts of their HSE-relates activities. Pondera Consult can take over HSE-activities or compliance management.
